Axe and the Oak Whiskey House a whiskey gem beneath Colorado Spring's Bristol Brewery

Axe and the Oak Whiskey House a whiskey gem beneath Colorado Spring's Bristol Brewery

A part of the Bristol Brewery, this tiny nook is easy to miss, both for its blacked windows and that the upstairs entrance looks like it's through a storage room. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and professional. They used all sorts of tricks to make custom their whiskey offerings and they know their patrons well. Definitely a great spot to meet with friends, even better for an intimate place for a drink on a date. The photos I took actually look nearly a third to twice a bright than it actually was.
